The Momito

A Mother’s Day special. Our authentic Mojito is made with fresh mint, white rum, and juicy limes.

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Medium lime, cut into 3 wedges

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1 ½ ounces white rum

  • ½ cup club soda, or as needed

 

Instructions

  1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into glass. Use a muddler and crush to release mint and lime juice.

  2. Add remaining lime wedges and sugar, muddle again. Do not strain.

  3. Fill the glass with ice.

  4. Add rum and finish with club soda.

  5. Stir, garnish, and enjoy.
